Refund & Exchange Policy – Hitkary.in

Return or Exchange
Once an order is placed on Hitkary.in, all sales are considered final. We do not
entertain returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged or has a
quality issue.
Eligibility for Returns
You are eligible for a return under the following circumstances:
1. Damaged Product: If the product received is damaged during transit live video to be taken while opening the box packaging
2. Quality Issue: If there is a genuine quality issue with the product.
Refund Process
1. Damaged Product: In cases where the product is received damaged during transit,
you can request a refund via email within 2 days of receiving the order. Please
register your complaint at info@hitkary.in with the following details:

Order Number

- Product Name

- Your Name

- Mobile Number

- Description of the issue

- Images or videos of the damaged product

- Bank account details:

 - Bank Name

 - Account Number

 - IFSC Code

The refund will be processed as per the invoice within 10 working days.

2. Quality Issue: If the product has a quality issue, you can request a refund provided

at least 50% of the product remains unused. This request must be made within 10

days from the date of purchased .

General Information

- Complaints cannot be registered if the product has reached or is near its expiry

date (within 2 months before or after the expiry date).

- It is advised to consume the product within one month after opening the bottle.
